New Here?
We are so glad you’ve visited today. We would love to meet you sometime soon, and in the meantime, check out the video below. Any questions you may have about Refuge House of God should be answered below. Thanks again for stopping by. We hope to see you soon!
WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS REFUGE HOUSE OF GOD?
Refuge House of God is all about helping people find and follow Jesus. We believe it is possible for church to be the highlight of the week for the entire family. We know this happens when we focus everything on Jesus, connect in the community, and learn straight from the Bible.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SERVICES?
Refuge service times are Sundays at 11:30 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at 500-B Ingle Street, Charlotte, NC 28216.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Refuge encourages people to come as they are and dress in what feels most comfortable. Although we believe you should dress accordingly as if you are coming to meet the King (Jesus) wear your best although it’s not required.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive you can expect a very hospitable environment. From our hostess at the door to the those in the pews. We want you to come in and enjoy the worship experience without judgment. You will also receive a connect card as we like to stay in touch with you and a free gift.
WHAT IS A SERVICE LIKE?
Refuge House of God is an engaging, dynamic atmosphere geared towards ministering to the entire family. Refuge House of God is full of life, creativity, love and encouragement. There will be live praise & worship and a Jesus-centered message by our leaders or a designated minister.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
Refuge House of God is all about connecting with God and each other. If you haven’t already, take the first step and simply join us for a service. Feel free to talk with our Pastor and we can determine your areas of interest in connecting with our ministry.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
At Refuge House of God we love youth! From infants to teens, we have done our best to help the children have a blast while learning about Jesus. We do not have children’s church but we believe that children should experience Jesus and hear the message with the rest of the family.
